ROBERTS REVIVAL R550 RADIO AM/FM/LW DARK BLUE
This example of an analogue Roberts radio from their Revival series is larger than the more common R250 – size (approx): Width 27cm Height 19cm Depth 12cm.. Finished in dark blue leather cloth it’s in near mint condition and fully working after servicing. It has the standard FM / MW / LW bands with manual tuning for each. The radio is powered from a single PP9 battery or an external 9v adapter (negative pin).
The telescopic aerial is perfectly straight, the grill is perfectly flat and the handle shows no sign of wear. Battery compartment is completely clean. A classic Roberts look with little more bass and warm sound compared to the R250 as It has a 100mm round speaker with larger magnet.
