ROBERTS RD50CFM RED DAB/FM REVIVAL RADIO

This is digital DAB and FM Roberts R250 radio from their revival range of portable transistor radios. The radio is in fully working condition. Please see detailed photos to judge condition for yourself. The case is finished in red faux leatherette – an iconic design for Roberts echoing the original R200 series – see my separate posts. Front metal grille is finished in gold and the top dial is very clear with push buttons for Pause / On-Off / FM / DAB / Auto Tune / Info and Classic FM – see photo. The handle is excellent and brass work is bright. The red faux leather case has a few nicks and dings. Inside the case is clean with no corrosion to the battery compartment.
Sound quality is very good with decent volume. Receives FM, and DAB via built in aerial – this is a DAB model (see my other listing for a non DAB version). Operates from an external 7v adapter not included or 4 D cell batteries. Size – approx: 22cm wide, 14cm high, 10cm deep. Weighs in at 1.6Kg.
Overall a very iconic Roberts portable radio.
