ROBERTS R250 REVIVAL RADIO LILAC – PINK
Roberts R250 radio from their revival range of portable transistor radios. The radio is in fully working condition. Please see detailed photos to judge condition for yourself. The case is finished in pastel lilac / pink leatherette – an iconic design for Roberts echoing the original R200 series. Front grille is perfect and top dial is light and clear with push buttons for Tone / FM / MW / LW stations. There are some faint scratches to the dial too thin to show in photo and only visible if you look closely. The leatherette case is in good condition with the odd faint mark – see photos.
Sound quality is very good with decent volume. Receives FM, MW & LW via built in aerial – this is not a DAB model. Operates from an external 9v adapter or 9v PP9 battery neither included, battery available from Wilkinson for £3.50). Size – approx: 22cm wide, 14cm high, 10cm deep. Weighs in at 1.8Kg. Serial number 259873.
Overall a very stylish and iconic Roberts radio.
