These are Bang & Olufsen Beovox C40 bookshelf speakers from the seventies. Designed by Jacob Jensen the C40 is a solid aluminium enclosure with woofer and tweeter. Cabinets are in very good condition with only minor marks to the surface. Both upper grilles have tiny (2mm) holes in top corner. Overall good condition for their age (40+ years old!).
The drivers are all working well and sound excellent with no foam rot common with the Beovox CX 50 /100 series. Rated at 40 watts these can handle surprisingly high volumes for such a compact design.
Dimensions: width 12cm, height 20 cm, depth 21cm. Total weight 7.5kg.
Good match to Beomaster 3000-2, an iconic design that is highly collectable and still very usable today.
